Gerald 'Jerry' Seavey, founder and president

Jerry Seavey is a master trainer who has traveled the globe for more than a third of a century teaching people how to create transformation, exceptional success, and enhanced problem solving abilities in their personal and professional lives. He has devoted his career to the study, research, and teaching of the effective use and development of the extraordinary faculties of mind and human potential. Today, he is one of the foremost leaders in the field. Since 1971, when he founded the company that is today MindBridge Trainings Institute, Jerry has been recognized as an exemplary seminar leader, master trainer and mind development expert. Jerry is one of those rare individuals who can present a complicated subject so that not only does his audience understand the concept but also the practical application of the principles involved.

Jerry holds a Masters Certification in NLP and for the past 24 years has studied and worked with the most widely recognized experts in the field. He was a pioneer in developing and providing NLP-based sales training to one of the largest technology companies in the U.S. In addition, he developed advanced instructor training and, for many years, trained the trainers for Silva International. Jerry received many top awards from Silva, including the President’s Cup as #1 trainer in the country. He is the co-author of the best selling Nightingale-Conant Universal Mind Power audio program. Jerry has appeared on CBS and NBC network television and radio shows where he shared his expertise on enhancing creativity and problem solving. Currently he is responsible for Instructor Development, and Program Development for MindBridge Integral Life Skills Trainings, Personal and Professional Coaching and NLP Coach Certification Training for the MindBridge International NLP Coach Certification Institute.

Marilou Seavey, co-founder and vice president

Marilou Seavey, a master NLP trainer, facilitates personal and professional change worldwide. Her clients include Fortune 500 executives, small business owners, senior political advisors, entertainers, and educators. Robert Dilts

Guest Trainer - NLP University

Robert Dilts has been a developer, author, trainer and consultant in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)—a model of human behavior, learning and communication— since its creation in 1975 by John Grinder and Richard Bandler. A long time student and colleague of both Grinder and Bandler, Mr. Dilts also studied personally with Milton H. Erickson, M.D., and Gregory Bateson. In addition to spearheading the applications of NLP to education, creativity, health, and leadership, his personal contributions to the field of NLP include much of the seminal work on the NLP techniques of Strategies and Belief Systems, and the development of what has become known as ‘Systemic NLP’. Some of his techniques and models include: Reimprinting, Integration of Conflicting Beliefs, Sleight of Mouth Patterns, The Spelling Strategy, The Allergy Technique, Neuro-Logical Levels, The Belief Change Cycle, Generative NLP Patterns, the Unified Field Theory for NLP and many others.

Recognized internationally as one of the foremost developers, trainers and practitioners of NLP, Mr. Dilts has done consulting and training throughout the world to a wide variety of professional groups and organizations. David Gordon

As one of the original developers of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, David has helped create and shape the field for almost 30 years. Though his work has touched virtually every aspect of NLP, David’s primary areas of contribution to the field have been in the use of therapeutic metaphors (inspired by his work with Milton H. Erickson) and in the pursuit of modeling. Modeling has consumed most of his professional attention for the past 20 years. In addition to training thousands of people in NLP, hypnosis, therapeutic metaphor, and modeling, David has written many articles on NLP, as well as books on various aspects of therapy, including Therapeutic Metaphors, Phoenix: The Therapeutic Patterns of Milton H. Erickson (with Maribeth Meyers-Anderson), and The Emprint Method and Know How (both with Leslie Cameron-Bandler and Michael Lebeau).

Nick LeForce

Nick LeForce has over 25 years of experience in the field of human communication and development. He holds a Masters degree in Rehabilitation Administration from the University of San Francisco McLaren School of Business and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Social Welfare. Nick provides executive coaching services and management consultation to businesses as well as personal development services to individuals. He specializes in Value-Based Life Management Skills, helping individuals and businesses to identify governing values and use those values to create compelling goals, make effective decisions, manage time, overcome barriers to success, communicate persuasively, and achieve desired outcomes.

He has provided on-site consultation and training in Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Change Management, Conflict Resolution, Supervisory Skills, Time Management, and other topics.
